Founder

AJ is a software engineer who’s built products at Apple, JPMorgan Chase, HP, and IBM. He started Clouve to make business apps easy to set up and keep running without needing an IT department. AJ also contributes to open-source projects and cares deeply about reliability and long-term support.

Zamira leads growth and customer adoption at Clouve. She helps organizations choose the right apps or bundles, supports onboarding, and turns customer feedback into clearer pages, better documentation, and a smoother marketplace experience. She also works with partners and developers to bring more “ready-to-run” solutions to the platform.

Dr. Sandra Norderhaug

Founder & CEO, Expert Education Consultants

Dr. Norderhaug has 30+ years of experience in higher education across Europe and the U.S. She advises Clouve on education buyer needs, implementation realities, and how institutions evaluate and adopt new systems. She holds a PhD in Education from Aalborg University and has served in executive academic leadership roles, including Chief Academic Officer at American Tech and Management University (California). Through Expert Education Consultants, she has supported 48+ institutions with licensing, accreditation, and operational readiness.

Richard Norderhaug

COO & CTO, Expert Education Consultants

Richard brings 25+ years in IT operations, security, and systems delivery, including experience at Fortune 500 companies such as Bank of America and Hewlett-Packard. He advises Clouve on infrastructure reliability, security best practices, and the operational standards education organizations expect. His background spans cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), systems integration, and secure service delivery.
